14-Day Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return under our change-of-mind policy, your item should be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with any original tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or we are otherwise required by law to cover the cost, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where an applicable legal exception applies. This can include personalised or made-to-order products and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.

For fragrances, perfumes, cosmetics and personal-care products, please contact us before returning the item. Where a product was supplied sealed and an applicable health-protection or hygiene exception applies after the seal has been broken, we may be unable to accept a change-of-mind return.

These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Gift cards are non-returnable except where required by law.

Sale Items

Sale items are covered by the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items.

Where a sale item qualifies for a change-of-mind return under this policy or applicable consumer law, you may request a return within the applicable period.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size or product, please contact us.

The simplest way to exchange an item is normally to return the original item and, once appropriate, place a separate order for the replacement.

UK Cancellation Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

For qualifying online purchases, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You may handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where permitted by law, we may make an appropriate deduction from a refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and, where appropriate, inspecting your return.

For qualifying cancellations, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. This includes refunding eligible standard delivery charges where required by law.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Where statutory refund deadlines apply, we will issue the refund within the time required by applicable UK consumer law.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace, restrict or exclude those rights.

Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods may continue beyond the 14-day change-of-mind period.
